In today's training, we will work on the buttocks from all sides and in all planes! This buttock training aims to give your pope a rounded shape and lift it up. We isolate the buttocks from other muscle groups, which will allow us to work out them very high quality!

Exercises:

We stand in the pose of a dog. The left buttock works in dynamics, the right - in statics.

  1. Lifting a flat leg up - 20
  2. Lifting a bent leg up - 20
  3. Abduction of a flat leg to the side perpendicular to the body - 20
  4. Pull knee to shoulder - 15
  5. For 3 accounts we raise a straight leg up - 15
  6. 3 bills raise the bent leg up - 15
  7. 3 springs straight leg up - 15
  8. 3 springs with bent leg up - 15
  9. 3 springs with an even foot to the side perpendicular to the floor - 10
  10. Pull knee to shoulder 3 springs - 10
  11. 7 springs straight leg up - 1
  12. 7 springs with bent leg up - 1
  13. 7 springs with an even foot to the side - 1
  14. 7 springs knee to shoulder - 1

Stretching. Rest - 1 minute. Repeated the whole complex on the other leg.

If you wish, you can relax for 2 minutes and do another or 2 laps of this workout.
