If you want to solve a creative problem, imagine all possible, even the most delusional, options for solving it.

An excellent, working and, most importantly, simple and understandable practice, brought out by Patricia Garfield from the experience of antiquity. The fact is that the ancient Greeks and Romans (probably the Egyptians and the Sumerians, but we know less about them) knew very well how to cause a lucid dream and did it regularly!

It is very likely that you will find your own, personal way to interrupt the OS (all practices are somehow implemented through the prism of each particular person, you will not have the same as LaBerge).
